We Build the Bridges
African Talent Deserves.
Africa Future Gateway, Inc. is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization created to expand education, skills development and opportunity for African communities. AFG was founded on a simple conviction: Africa does not lack talent — too often, it lacks connected pathways around talent.
We work at the intersection of education, workforce development, technology, sport, creative development and international cooperation. Our governing purpose includes instruction and training, talent-development programs and international partnerships that support education and workforce development.

Built one pathway at a time.
Young people deserve better access to the systems surrounding success.
AFG brings together professionals, community leaders and members of the African diaspora who believe that young people should have better access to the systems surrounding success.
We are building that system one program, one partnership and one pathway at a time — because durable opportunity is not created by a single intervention, but by connected pathways that carry talent from learning to livelihood.
The principles behind every pathway we build.
Six commitments that shape how we design programs, steward partners and measure impact.
-
Integrity
Communicate what is verified and distinguish ambition from achievement.
-
Opportunity
Build practical pathways, not abstract promises.
-
Inclusion
Design for different geographies, genders, devices and levels of access.
-
Excellence
Pursue high standards in program design, delivery and partner stewardship.
-
Accountability
Measure, report, learn and improve.
-
Partnership
Build durable coalitions around talent.
